Nature in the Shadows

Made in response to a post-industrial estate in Barreiro, Portugal.

Sunny Bank Mill
These works explore ideas of personal and collective agency with regard to environmental concerns and the pressures and legacies of industrial production. Allusions are made to time, filtration and spillage highlighting the importance of reconsidering our priorities at every level, in order to avoid environmental destruction.
